DESCRIPTION:Dear student\, \nYou’re invited to the upcoming LSU Special General Meeting (SGM)\, where LSU members will be voting on the future of legal services for students. A special resolution is being proposed to bundle an annual fee for the Legal Care Program with the LSU Health Plan fee\, in order to continue to offer students access to: \n• A legal consultation service providing unlimited access to legal advice on any area of law \n• Legal representation in cases related to employment\, housing\, and academic disputes\, as well as public notaries \nHOW TO VOTE \nJoin us to vote on the special resolution at the SGM on Thursday\, June 8\, 2023 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm in the Langara Students’ Union Building (Upper Lounge). \nFree refreshments will be served! All LSU members are welcome.
